And He said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
Luke 9:23 (KJV)

Our vision is for all member's to be a disciple maker that enjoys the abundant life of Jesus Christ as given by God the Father through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Our mission is to develop Christians, who are freed by grace and anchored in truth, into change agents for Jesus Christ with Grace, Hope, Freedom and Love in their families, church, community, region, nation and  world.

For it is by GRACE you have been saved, through FAITH and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of GOD. - Ephesians 2:8

Brief History & Background

River of Life Baptist Church (RLBC)  is a Tagalog and English-speaking church in Hong Kong that subscribes to the doctrinal statement of The Baptist Faith and Message as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention. RLBC was established in December 2013 by a group of believers in Christ who took a leap of faith to start a new ministry that the Lord has shaped and called them to carry out. It is a ministry for Christ that is anchored in TRUTH, GRACE, HOPE, FREEDOM and LOVE.

On the 29th of December 2013,  RLBC formed and gathered in groups at Saigon Park, Yau Ma Tei, for the very first time and had their first worship service at (in cooperation with) Jordan Baptist Church where they also appointed and installed their sets of leaders. By God's grace, on 3rd April, 2014, RLBC has officially been legalized as a registered society and church in Hong Kong SAR.

RLBC is committed to help people experience a growing knowledge of God as well as to minister unselfishly to those in the community and world for Jesus. The vision is to win souls, train and equip people for God's work.  They have been greatly blessed by God, their membership has grown by God's grace and continually channeling the blessings of the Lord.

Our door is open to everyone and we would love you to come and visit us for a fellowship. We have our Mid-week devotions every Wednesday as well as Bible Study and Worship on Saturdays and Sundays. For more details you may click on the Worship Services section.
